Thanks for being the shoulders on which we stand.
Thanks for lifting us up and sharing our burden.
Thanks for laughing and crying with us. Sometimes both at the same time.
Thanks for the mail and the packages and the pictures.
Thanks for the fundraising and the organizing and the meal-making.
Thanks for the prayers.
Thanks for the pure love.
We feel it.
From our family to yours, wishing you a sweet, happy, HEALTHY year of blessing.
Here's hoping that 5773 has way less hospital stays and way more mustache-wearing.
L'shana tova - Happy New Year!
May we go from strength to strength.
P.S. Things might be quiet around the blog for the next few days....between Shabbat & Rosh HaShanah...no panicking, k? Catch ya in 5773!
L'Shanah Tovah sweet Sommer family! Much love
ReplyDeleteWishing you a 5773 that overflows with goodness in every way.
ReplyDeleteAnd a happy, HEALTHY, and sweet New Year to all of you, too!
ReplyDeleteAre you and Michael both continuing to wear your congregational rabbi hats through these holidays, too??
May you draw as much inspiration as I know you will bring to your congregations, and I thank you for bringing to me through these posts every day.
L'shanah tovah u-m'tukah,
Stephanie, Aaron & Eli

ReplyDeleteMay 5773 be filled with blessing and healing and joy.
Shabbat Shalom, and shana tovah - may 5773 be filled with all the normal, boring happiness you can handle! Sweetness and joy, health and more health. Doctor visits for tummy aches and sore throats, bandages for skinned knees and being out of breath from laughing too hard.
ReplyDeleteShana tova, sweet Sommer family.
ReplyDeleteShabbat Shalom and L'Shanah Tovah, Sommer family. Sam and all of you give me inspiration and joy along with the tears. Thank you, thank you. May Sam and all of you, all of us, know only health, peace and joy in 5773.

Fran

ReplyDeleteTomorrow night, at the first High Holy Day Service at 6 p.m.( and later) as a member of the Choir I will be singing especially for Sammy. I will ask the other members to sing for Sammy as well. Will be sending to Sammy our love and hope for health and healing!
